Learning Scenario:

The learning scenario I have chosen would be a course on the foundations of project management. This experience would guided by andragogical principles such as active learning and be divided up into 8 weeks, with 1 module a week being released in the form of a Project Based Learning Model.

Each week the learning would need to apply their newly acquired knowledge to a formative assessment in the form of an ongoing fictional project to which the course facilitator would provide ongoing feedback in order to guide the learning. The learner will then need to incorporate the feedback which will increase in complexity with each week culminating in an authentic assessment in the form of a complete project plan and functional gantt chart which can be implemented at their chosen organizations as working professionals.
